Returns Policy

This Returns Policy applies to orders placed on this website.

BabyRest Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from this website, you can return your order within the timeframes outlined below to receive a full refund, exchange or credit (excluding shipping fees).

  • Full priced items: 30 days from delivery
  • Promo/Sale items: 14 days from delivery

We do not offer change of mind returns for products reduced to clear.

The product must be in brand new & unused condition and in the state you received it, preferably in the original packaging. Of course, we understand that the product can be taken out of the packaging to see if it is according to your expectations. However if the product is damaged during opening, assembly or trial, there is a chance that you won't get the full refund or credit.

This policy applies to brand new products purchased on this website and excludes Clearance items, spare parts, and ex-demo, seconds, or refurbished products.

For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer change of mind returns on the following product types:

  • Cot mattress
  • Bassinet/cradle mattresses
  • Change mats
  • Mattress protectors
  • Pillows

Consideration may be given where a product can be verified that it is unopened and in fully-sealed packaging.

For custom-size orders we do not offer Returns for Change of Mind, or where incorrect dimensions were have been provided at the time of ordering.

To complete your return, simply Contact us, or just reply to the Order confirmation email you received at time of placing your order.

We will ask for proof of purchase and your reason for returning.
Once your return has been authorised, we can arrange return freight on your behalf; the return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. After your goods have been received by us they will be inspected. Once authorised, your refund, credit or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
There are certain situations where a full refund, credit or exchange cannot be offered:

  • The goods show signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts (for reasons not due to our error)

If for any reason we are unable to authorise your refund, credit or exchange we will notify within 1-2 business days of your goods being returned and discuss your available options.


This Returns policy covers change of mind returns only, and does not affect a customer's right to return a product under consumer guarantees or our product warranty.

Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
